The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has realized these problems and impacts and has come up with the idea of developing a tool to indicate the level of ethics and transparency in government agencies\u2019 operations. The Integrity &amp; Transparency Assessment (ITA) is a tool that contains survey content on ethical and transparent operations, government officials\u2019 performance of duties according to ethics, ethical administration, and bribery from government officials.
