The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has realized these problems and impacts and has come up with the idea of developing a tool to indicate the level of ethics and transparency in government agencies\u2019 operations. Later, it was developed into a system to assess the ethics and transparency in government agencies\u2019 operations in 2013. The Integrity &amp; Transparency Assessment (ITA) is a tool that contains survey content on ethical and transparent operations, government officials\u2019 performance of duties according to ethics, ethical administration, and bribery from government officials. The survey is conducted in both the Perception-Based dimension, which surveys the opinions of service recipients or stakeholders of government agencies (External Stakeholders) and officials within government agencies (Internal Stakeholders), and the Evidence-Based dimension, which surveys evidence of government agencies\u2019 operations.
