There are laboratories for food chemistry and microbiology analysis, ranging from basic to advanced analytical instruments, and a lab for developing prototype machines\/processes for use in teaching and research. There is a Food Engineering Practice School, an English-language program that emphasizes learning through real problems from the industrial sector (Problem-based learning), and a 2-year scholarship and personal expenses from NSTDA. There is a network of cooperation with leading food industries in the country to be a training center and conduct joint research, such as companies in the Betagro Group, Sittinan Co., Ltd., Thanakorn Vegetable Oil Products Co., Ltd., etc. The department has been evaluated at an excellent level (TRF Index 5.0) in the field of Multi &amp; Interdisciplinary Engineering from the evaluation of the quality of academic research in science and technology of higher education institutions in Thailand in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Graduate Opportunities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduates can work in both private and public sectors related to the food industry or become lecturers\/researchers at universities.
