The department has experienced faculty members, expertise and achievements in teaching, research and consulting in all aspects of civil engineering. There are arenas, laboratories and specialized research rooms equipped with modern tools and equipment sufficient for students\u2019 practical training, such as the Mechanics and Materials Research Center, Traffic and Transportation Research and Development Center, Structural Engineering Laboratory, Concrete Laboratory, Asphalt Laboratory, Survey Laboratory and Aerial Photography Laboratory, etc. The department\u2019s personnel are also assigned to be responsible for major engineering projects in the country.
