Edit/Cancel the registration:
- You can edit or cancel your registration within 5 days from the registration opening date.
- Please send an email to ice_engineering@mail.kmutt.ac.th
- with the subject:
- “Edit the TOEIC Test” – for editing
- “Cancel the TOEIC Test” – for cancellation
⚠️ Note:
If the student does not notify cancellation within the specified period and fails to attend the test, they will be required to pay a penalty fee equivalent to the original test fee.

📌 TOEIC Test Types: Institutional vs Personal
- Personal score reports show “Personal” as the client name; Institutional reports show the university name.
- Photo vs non-photo: No difference. Both are valid.
- Institutional scores can be used for job applications, unless a company requires Personal scores.
Check-in on Test Day
- Please check in between 13:00 – 13:45 hrs. (45 minutes before the test starts)
- Bring all required documents for verification
- Late arrivals after the registration period will not be allowed to enter the test room

Medical Equipment or Special Needs
Test-takers who need to use medical assistive devices (temporary or permanent) must present:
- Disability Identification Card or
- Original/copy of a medical certificate issued by a hospital accredited by the Ministry of Public Health
Retesting Policy
- Test-takers may register for the next test only after their previous test result has been released.
- A minimum 3-calendar-day gap from the last test date is required before retaking the test.
⚠️ Note:
If a test is taken again within the 3-day gap, the result will be voided and the test fee will not be refunded.
Test Regulations
- Electronic devices, books, and personal belongings are prohibited in the exam room.
- Leaving the test room before the exam ends is not allowed.
- Do not write on the test booklet or answer sheet.
- Cheating will result in exam invalidation and possible disqualification from future tests.
- The TOEIC test is copyrighted by ETS; reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly forbidden.
- All test takers must wear student uniforms, shop coat , or appropriate formal attire.
- Writing materials will be provided by the testing center.
Note: The faculty and TOEIC Test center do not store or take responsibility for personal belongings. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft.
Score Results
- The TOEIC test center will send the scores to the ICE within 3 working days after the test date.
How to receive your score:

At the International Center for Engineering (ICE), 1st Floor, Classroom Building 4 - ✉️ Receive by EMS (Postal Delivery):
- You may request this service on the test day
- EMS fee: 50 THB
